Here’s how to get to some cool stuff in Modern Warfare 2. Enjoy!

Museum bonus level

Successfully complete the game to unlock the Museum bonus level. Go to the single player missions, select the new “Museum” mission at the bottom, and choose a difficulty. When the level begins, it is recommended you first study the layout. Get two weapons, and max out your ammunition through the crates supplied. Go to the desks by the entrance to the rooms. On the desks there is a red bell that is labeled “Don’t Press”. Once you press this button, enemies will begin coming to life in one room area at a time. About thirty people (all characters from the game) will try to kill you. You will hear a sound once that wave is completed. There are two waves of kills needed to complete it. Note: There are three rooms, one of which nothing happens in. Do not bother shooting anyone prior to using the bell, as it will not count.

Kill streak bonuses

Get the indicated number of consecutive kills in Multiplayer mode to get the corresponding bonus:

  • UAV: 3 (reveals enemies on mini-map)
  • Care Package: 4 (ammo or killstreak air drop that can be collected by anyone)
  • Counter UAV: 4 (disables enemy radar)
  • Predator: 5 (guided missile)
  • Sentry Gun: 5 (airdropped weapon)
  • Precision Airstrike: 6 (select a location to bomb)
  • Attack Helicopter: 7 (helicopter backup)
  • Harrier Strike: 7 (select a location to bomb and defend with a Harrier)
  • Emergency Airdrop: 8 (four ammo or killstreak air drops that can be collected by anyone)
  • Pave Low: 9 (armored helicopter backup)
  • Stealth Bomber: 9 (undetectable airstrike)
  • AC-130: 11 (operate a plane gun)
  • Chopper Gunner: 11 (operate a helicopter gun)
  • EMP: 15 (disables enemy electronics)
  • Tactical Nuke: 25 (kills everyone)

Hidden challenges

Successfully complete the indicated task to complete the corresponding challenge and get the listed experience points. Note: These challenges will not show in the barracks.

  • …With A Vengeance: Avenge a fallen teammate; 0 experience points.
  • 6fears7: Select killstreak rewards requiring 7, 8, and 9 kills, and earn them all; Unknown experience points.
  • All Rounder: Successfully complete all other challenges; unknown experience points.
  • Click, Click, Boom: Kill an enemy with C4 while you are in Last Stand mode (not Final Stand); 5,000 experience points.
  • Hard to Kill: Get two kills while in Last Stand or Final Stand mode; 500 experience points.
  • Hijacker: I, II, III: Steal 10, 50, and 200 enemy crates; 1,000 experience points, 3,000 experience points, 5,000 experience points.
  • Infected: Get knifed by an enemy wearing this title; 1,000 experience points.
  • Living Dead: Survive in Final Stand mode long enough to get back up; 1,000 experience points.
  • Martyr: Get a kill with a Martyrdom grenade; 1,000 experience points.
  • Martyrdoh!: Kill an enemy who is priming a grenade; 0 experience points.
  • Never Forget: Get hurt by an enemy, survive, and backstab the same enemy; 3,500 experience points.
  • Ninja: Defuse a bomb right after it is planted while the planter is still alive; 2,000 experience points.
  • Point Guard: Get the most assists in a game; unknown experience points.
  • Radiation Sickness: Get nuked by the enemy; 1,000 experience points.
  • Renaissance Man: Get three kills with three different weapons in one life; 1,000 experience points.
  • Sidekick: Get three kills with your secondary weapon in one life; 1,000 experience points.
  • STD: Transmission Complete (knife an enemy wearing this title); 5,000 experience points.
  • The Avenger: Avenge the death of three teammates in one life; unknown experience points.
  • The Edge: I, II, III: Get the Game-Winning Killcam 5, 10, and 20 times; 1,000 experience points, 5,000 experience points, 10,000 experience points.
  • The Loner: Get a 10 killstreak with no killstreak rewards selected; 2,500 experience points.
  • The Numb: Take enough damage that would normally kill you with Painkill active; 0 experience points.

Sniper camouflage

Successfully complete the “Ghillie In The Mist” challenge in Multiplayer mode with the indicated number of one-shot kills with sniper rifles to unlock the corresponding Ghillie camouflage suit:

  • Arctic camo: 50 one-shot kills with sniper rifles
  • Desert camo: 200 one-shot kills with sniper rifles
  • Urban camo: 100 one-shot kills with sniper rifles
