The new Battlefield: Bad Company 2 Vietnam is here. The underlying mechanics are the same as Bad Company 2, the squad based dynamics, the vehicles, but some seemingly minor changes result in an experience that feels distinctive. That said, Vietnam is just a downloadable add-on multiplayer extension, but it’s cool anyway.

DICE has taken thematic elements of the Vietnam War in popular fiction trenches, tunnels, bush hiding spots, rice paddies, and used them to make Bad Company 2 feel and play differently. The gameplay is also great. Having more details on the game, exploding vehicles, new maps, new weapons. Really worth trying this game.
